Norwegian Sun, Norwegian Star (II), Norwegian Pearl, Oasis of the Seas, Allure of the Seas & Norwegian Epic in the Straits of Florida

The 9th November 2013 was the day before Vision of the Seas arrived in Miami.  I woke up to see Norwegian Sun was now behind us, having been ahead the night before.  As she was due in Miami after us, this wasn't a surprise.  After lunch, I spied another ship behind her, which turned out to be Norwegian Star.  She would also be in Miami but the ironic thing was I was watching from the same balcony as I first saw her in LA back in March 2008.  Several hours later, Star passed Sun and left her behind.

Late that night, I spotted something from my Vision balcony but it was so far away you couldn't make it out so I went to bed.  Something made me get up around half midnight and not only was the mystery ship revealed to be Norwegian Pearl, another Miami bound ship, but to my surprise there was Oasis heading south from Fort Lauderdale!  The next time I would see Oasis would be in Southampton while the last time I saw Pearl was also there but back in December 2006.  About an hour later, Pearl moved astern of us to go to our starboard side while Allure of the Seas could just about be seen through the rain and sea spray from our force 7 going to Fort Lauderdale (apologies for the crap photo but it was difficult in those conditions) and Norwegian Epic was even harder to see going south from Miami.
