| Saga Pearl II returned to Portsmouth on the 30th October 2018 to begin her final season of winter cruises as a Saga ship before leaving the fleet in April 2019. She was scheduled to sail at 4pm, so the light should be good as sunset was around 4.40pm. Due to my hernias and back pain, I went to Gosport to wait instead of lugging myself to the Round Tower. She was late and it was bloody cold. Commodore Goodwill, due for 4.30pm, arrived. Just before 4.40pm, she moved - yay!!! |
