Saga Pearl II
Saga Pearl II was the only ship in town on the 8th November 2016 after being part of a quintet the day before.  She had stayed overnight and already turned from port to starboard around 6.30pm.  Now she was about to flip back round.  She was supposed to move at 8.30am but stayed firmly put.  As we waited, Svitzer Experience went past.  It was the first time I'd seen that tug, which replaced Bentley.  We thought the delay was due to Walcon Marine removing parts of the boat show pontoon, but they continued working at another part so clearly not.  Then Grande Mediterraneo was arriving, scheduled to berth in 102 so we had to wait for that.  FINALLY, after us freezing over an hour, not to mention those shoreside, her ropes went and off she went to turn at 9.45am.  As she did, a flare was set off on the water.  The whole process took about fifteen minutes and we left as she was tying up.  She was supposed to sail for Tenerife at 4pm but it was delayed until 9pm, with her leaving at 8.30pm.
