| The port of Hamburg hosted its biennial Hamburg Cruise Days from the 8th-10th September 2017 We were there for the first two days. Silver Wind had arrived on the 7th so our first ships were Amadea, Albatros and Europa 2. Both Phoenix Reisen ships were due for 12pm while Europa 2 late afternoon and would be staying overnight. The weather was atrocious with wind and rain. The Port of Hamburg site doesn't have up to date movements so it becomes frustrating. They listed Albatros sailing at 6pm and Amadea 11.45pm. Albatros left at 8pm and Amadea midnight. |

| The following day was the main event. Mein Schiff 3 led the way followed by Norwegian Jade, Europa and AIDAprima. In the city centre, Silver Wind had been moved but not to Airbus as they'd said, while Europa 2 replaced her at Überbrücke, next to Cap San Diego. |
