Mary was due to begin the move into Dry Dock Elbe 17 at 7pm. As we made our way to Überseebrück, we bumped into my Facebook friend Katharina Burggraf and her husband, who had come to Hamburg to see Mary enter dry dock with friends. I had booked a boat trip with Barkassen-Meyer which included a lunch packet each. Only four lunch packets were prepared and there appeared to be no list so they could be handed over when the ticket was checked. The woman handed out three, one only to someone who showed his ticket. Since she went before I had a chance to say something, I showed our tickets to the skipper, who promptly said no and took the fourth one himself! Oskar went to the guide with proof, who managed to get it back and told us the skipper would reimburse the €10.50 for the lunch packet we didn't get. Due to them running late, Mary was already on the move by the time we got to her. When she was faffing about, we got up close and personal with Sapphy then followed the main player again until she was in dry dock. Afterwards, the skipper refused to refund the €10.50 for the missing lunch packet and told me to make a complaint. We caught the underground back to the hotel.
