MSC Opera, Seven Seas Voyager & Boudicca at Flåm
MSC Opera docked in the gorgeous Norwegian port of Flåm on the 21st June 2012.  I had last been there in June 2008 on the QE2 so it was nice to return.  At anchor, was Seven Seas Voyager, both of us due to sail at 7pm.  The weather was absolutely glorious, 24c that morning alone.
After lunch, I went ashore.  A couple of things had changed since I was last there but basically it was exactly the same.  Due to a bad toe, I couldn't walk as much as I'd have liked so just went to the part I hadn't explored before.
It was still warm for sailaway but as soon as we started to move, the wind whipped up.  As I'd thought, Seven Seas Voyager would be leaving first since she just had to raise the anchor and go.  She gave three blasts on the horn - I finally heard what she sounded like after all these years!  We went astern to turn, hitting the horn several times ourselves!
During dinner, I spotted Boudicca appearing from Skjolden so I got a quick photo through the dining room window before she disappeared then some better ones at intervals later that night.  The light hadn't been as good as the previous night.
My cruise review can be found here.  To see photos of Seven Seas Voyager and Boudicca in Bergen the next day, click here.
