Funchal, Corinthian & Queen Elizabeth (II) in Lisbon
It was an overnight in Lisbon on the 19th and 20th December 2021 as we arrived on Betty for 9am.  Portside as we arrived, the Corinthian was laid up.  She'd left Gdansk on the 20th October, arriving in the Portuguese capital eight days later.  This 4077gt cutie entered service in 1990 as Renaissance Four for Renaissance Cruises.  She then had several owners, eventually becoming Corinthian in 2013 and does expedition cruises.  Meanwhile Funchal was looking sad all in white, after her recent dry docking by the new owners whose plans include turning into her into a hotel.
The following day was awful weather but did start clearing around lunchtime.  Corinthian had been due to sail at 2pm but it was put back until we would be long gone.  Our 5pm departure was slightly early so I was able to get some decent photos of Funchal and Corinthian as we left.
