| Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, all cruise lines suspended operations from various dates in March 2020. Another ship arrived on the 30th August 2021 to resume cruising on the same day Sky Princess restarted. Silver Spirit was due to dock for 4pm with Svitzer Bargate alongside but unattached, while the Marella was scheduled to sail at 5pm, Sky fifteen minutes later followed by the Disney on her final Southampton Seacation at 6.15pm. It was the first cruising visit by Silver Spirit since 2010. She had repatriated crew during shutdown in 2020 and now was sporting brand new livery. Ventura had veen in since the 29th and not down to sail until the 3rd September. Due to Bank Holiday buses, I didn't wait for the Disney but got her from home instead. |
