Queen Elizabeth (II) & Adonia (II)
More bad weather on the 6th January 2014 and we began to wonder if it would ever end.  I was awake when Betty arrived, assisted by tugs Alma and Ferriby.  Surprisingly she went astern into Ocean Terminal and was only half an hour late docking.
Betty left twenty minutes late with the help of tug Surrey and headed to Hamburg.  At least it wasn't raining but the wind was still gustng over 40 knots at times.  Meanwhile Adonia, due on the 7th, was passing Nab, picking up the pilot in less exposed water, due to dock in Mayflower for 7.45pm.  Tugs Ferriby and Sarah helped.
