| I was on the brand new 144,000grt Norwegian Getaway as she made her entrance to Southampton on the 14th January 2014, having left Rotterdam the day before so it was left to my dad to get the arrival in the freezing cold. At least it was dry despite being about 2c but pretty icy. Originally scheduled for 10am, VTS had her at 8am before finally settling on 9am. Black Watch was berthed in Ocean Terminal. |

| As Black Watch wasn't due to sail until 6.30pm, it gave me a good opportunity to get some photos of her lit up as we passed. It was a shame we hadn't been following her down at least until dropping the pilot, although it was still so bitterly cold it was no time to be outside. |
