| We took the ferry over to Hythe after disembarking and thank goodness it wasn't raining for a change! Rubes looked teeny compared to Mary but was definitely the prettier of the two. Hotspur was running instead of Great Expectations - yay!!!!!!!!!! |

| The departures were 5pm for Azura and Black Watch while Mary, Vicky and Rotterdam were 6pm. There was still no sailing date for Rubes. The 4.35pm bus turned up with the 4.55pm one - grrrr! It wasn't raining when we got on the thing but was when we arrived in Hythe. Also, Azura and Mary were blasting to each other before they were in view and Azura was almost past when they were. Double grrr!!!! Up at City Terminal, Black Watch was on the move too. Unlike 2011, there would be no ten minute firework display nor Mary waiting for the Vista to turn around. Instead she buggered off with a few dockside fireworks a la P&O while Vicky was going up to turn. Rotterdam made a move too but both of them were so dark it was hard to tell what was going on! Vicky got a few fireworks from Mayflower as she passed while the rain became heavier as the wind whipped up a bit. |
