| I couldn't stay for the docking due to an excursion but I had a lovely view of Boudicca from my cabin window and then Oceana was making sure people knew she was there is anyone looked at the view from the Caruso Lounge. |

| My tour took us past Le Boréal and then a drive to a pleasure boat, which then brought us back to the port, docking in front of Bouddy. It gave the opportunity for some dock pictures. It was almost noon and no sign of Caledonian Sky, unless she was elsewhere. |

| As I was enjoying the view of Bouddy while having lunch, I noticed something was now in front of her - Caledonian Sky! Damn! I'd hoped to get her arriving but the bugger was half an hour after the schedule listed her. Built in as Renaissance VI before becoming Hebredean Spirit for Hebredean Island Cruises in 2000 until the company was sold in 2009, this 4200grt vessel spent the winter 2011/2 in a Swedish yard preparing for her new maiden voyage from London on the 12th May 2012 for Noble Caledonia. |

| We were sailing for Southampton at 2pm so I went on deck to get some photos of the ships as best I could through the obstructions. Oceana would be going an hour later, also heading to Southampton, and would beat us home. |
