| As my tour was at noon, I decided to get the dock photos now. As Vision was aft in, it meant I had no choice but to look at her huge deformity they call a ducktail, and which looks worse on the side view than Rhapsody. Many Americans I spoke to from Liberty were also glad to see land while one lady preferred my ship for its size, cosiness, friendliness and atmosphere. Me too! I think Royal Caribbean design beautiful vessels but I do prefer these and Radiance class for less crowds. We looked teeny alongside Liberty but as they say, size isn't everything. Free bags for some shop or other were being given out at the other gate for Epic and Fantasy passengers and I got one just by walking over. On the way bad, the heavens opened so I went back to the ship to change. |

| It had stopped raining by the time we had to meet on the pier for the Sea & See Tour but I took my umbrella anyway. Our guide was Antoinette (known as Annette) and driver Justin. We had a couple of photo stops, including on a hill to take pictures of Anguilla after our hour at Marigot. Unsurprisingly, as it was like mountaineering, hardly anyone got out. In Marigot, we had been given a card for Mayaa, a duty free shop which gave you €1 = $1. Our final stop was in Grand Case to look at some marine life aboard the Seaworld Explorer. Before you reach the spot, you have to go inside two by two. There was a single lady and the woman on the tour asked if there were any others. I said me but people would not move their arses so I could get through. As someone who can't swim so snorkelling and other water activities are pointless, this gives a good opportunity to see below the water. There was a turtle but he or she was too quick for most of us, but it was mainly different varieties of fish. One of the crew put on a wetsuit to swim with them. Then it was back on dry land, the bus and soon dropped off at the port. I decided to stay on the balcony for sailaway since we and Epic were sailing at 6pm, the others an hour later so hoped there would be some noise between us and Liberty and there was. Not a lot but it was good. As our next destination of St Kitts was a hop and skip away, we tootled about at bugger all knots. I stayed on the balcony and could see the other ships. Once Liberty passed Epic, I gave up and went back in to get ready for dinner. It was a chicken curry tonight, which was okay but not as good as the potato. Please put the potato back on the menu!!!! With an early tour, I went to bed after dinner. |

| St Kitts on the 6th was an island I hadn't visited before but one I'd heard so much about. I didn't watch us arrive, though heard it! A hearty breakfast with turkey sausages back on the menu after none the previous day. I do hope the red bits aren't bell peppers, although I have never had a reaction to these. I love them and they are a great alternative to pork. They could use some vegetarian options though for the sausages and bacon. Then it was off for my scenic railway tour in a very humid 28c. |
